“Client” means you, the individual or business engaging our Services.
“Contract” means the agreement between Pipetech Plumbing Ltd and the Client, formed upon acceptance of a quote.
3. Quotations & Contracts
We provide written quotes based on site surveys.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A Contract arises when you accept our quote in writing or pay any deposit requested.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices exclude VAT at the current rate.
A non‐refundable deposit (typically 25%) may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due on completion of the Services.
Late payments incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, per annum.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate site access details and specifications.
Ensure the work area is clear and safe.
Obtain any necessary third‐party permissions or building consents.
6. Our Responsibilities
Perform Services with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with industry standards.
Comply with relevant health & safety and building regulations.
Clean up work areas daily and upon completion.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Change requests may alter price and schedule; we’ll issue a revised quote.
Cancellations by the Client within 48 hours of the start date incur a 10% cancellation fee.
We may reschedule for reasons beyond our control (weather, supplier delays) and will notify you promptly.
8. Warranties & Liability
We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion (excludes natural wear and misuse).
Our liability is limited to the value of the Services performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, designs) is owned by Pipetech Plumbing Ltd. You may not reproduce without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
